Step Two: broil

- ½ cup apple pie filling
- 6 large marshmallows
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven broiler: Start by preheating your broiler with a rack a few inches below it.
- Assemble. Break each graham cracker in half to create two squares. Lay these squares out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon a generous amount of apple pie filling onto one half of each graham cracker pair. Aim for about 2 tablespoons per cracker, but feel free to adjust based on your preference. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of chocolate chips over the apple pie filling on each graham cracker. Place a large marshmallow on top of the chocolate chips and apple filling.
- Broil. Broil for. 1-2. minutes until marshmallows are very browned. Keep. an. eye on them!
