Slice your peppers. Wear gloves! You can do this by hand and it won't take long!
Make the vinegar and sugar syru. Add the spices and bring to a boil

Briefly cook the peppers in the syrup until they change color
Pour into hot jars, wipe clean, and place lids on
Lower into the canner and process half pints for 15 minutes (with the lid on!)
Serve with cream cheese and crackers or use to top pizzas, nachos, or sandwiches!
