No-Knead Sourdough Bread
For the easiest loaf of sourdough you'll ever make, all you need to do is mix, wait, shape, and bake. This no-knead recipe rests on the the counter while you go about your day, and magically produces a beautiful loaf.
Sourdough Starter Bread Flour | Water Sugar | Salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 3 hours.
Let dough rest for 10 hours, stretching and folding every few hours.
Shape the dough and place it in a prepared proofing basket. Cover tightly and let rest 12 hours.
Remove from the fridge and score. Use a lame or serrated knife to make cuts.
Place the dough in a hot Dutch oven, cover and bake. Serve, enjoy & devour!
