Long Day Rum Punch

This tropical rum punch is exactly what you need after a long day - no blender required, just mix and serve. Perfect balance of fruity flavors with enough rum to taste it.

Equipment

  • 1 mason jar or pitcher

Ingredients

  • ½ cup light rum
  • cup dark rum
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • cup mango juice
  • cup orange juice
  • cup strawberry nectar or any tropical nectar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract optional
  • ice

Instructions

  • Combine. Combine all ingredients except ice in a quart mason jar or pitcher.
  • Stir. Stir well to combine all flavors.
  • Chill . Add ice to jar and shake, or stir if using a pitcher.
  • Serve. Pour into two glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.

Notes

Find tropical nectars in cans in the international foods aisle.
Can substitute 1 tablespoon amaretto for almond extract. 
Doubles and triples easily for parties, just mix everything except ice ahead of time and add ice right before serving.
