Easy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip with Crushed Toffee Bar
Make it ahead of your next fall party and watch this cream cheese fruit dip disappear! Sweet, creamy, and topped with crushed candy bar.
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup crushed toffee bar
Beat the cream cheese and sugars. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and cream cheese on medium speed using a hand mixer.
Stir in candy bars. Add the crushed candy bars and stir in by hand using a spatula or wooden spoon. Reserve some to sprinkle on top if you'd like.
Serve. Serve with sliced apples or grapes. The dip can be served immediately or can be covered and refrigerated up to 3 days.
Make sure your cream cheese is softened before starting.
You can use any candy you'd like that will crumble when crushed. Try crushed Butterfingers, crushed Heath bars, or crushed plain toffee without chocolate.
