Strawberry Mojito Recipe

Fresh mint, lime, and strawberry flavor this classic cocktail for a delicious seasonal drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 large mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup strawberries halved
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1/4 cup white rum

Instructions

  • Muddle the strawberries, mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice right in the glass you'll be using.
  • Add the club soda and rum. Add ice, stir well, and serve.

Notes

Mojitos are best when made one by one and made fresh.  Annoying, but worth it
For an extra-pretty drink, slide a lime slice inside the glass after mixing and put a fresh strawberry on top.
