Equipment
Large pitcher
Long spoon
Ingredients
4appleschopped
2cupspear flavored vodka
3tablespoonscaramel sauce
8cupsapple cider
1bottle white wine
5cinnamon sticks
2cupsclub soda
Instructions
Mix alcohol, cider, and fruit. Add the chopped apples to a large (1 gallon or larger) pitcher or drink dispenser. Then, pour in the pear-flavored vodka, caramel sauce, white wine, and apple cider. Stir well to combine. After that, place the pitcher in the fridge and let it chill for 2-4 hours so the flavors mix together.
Garnish and serve. Right before serving, stir the mixture again to ensure the caramel is well distributed. Then, add the cinnamon sticks and club soda, gently stirring to mix. Serve over ice, garnishing each glass with an additional cinnamon stick if desired. Optionally, add a slice of pear or apple for extra flair.

Notes
For the best flavor and texture, use crisp, sweet apples like Honeycrisp or Fuji, and chop them into bite-sized pieces to infuse well with the liquids. If you can't find pear vodka, you can add 1/4 cup of pear nectar, which is available in the international section of the grocery store.I used jarred caramel sauce, which is typically used to top ice cream in this sangria. Just a heads-up - caramel sauce tends to settle at the bottom, so make sure to stir the sangria well before serving to distribute the sweetness evenly. The type of wine you use is not really important, as long as it's white wine. Dry or sweet will both work, it doesn't really make a difference.Since the apple cider is a major part of this recipe, it's best to use one that you know you like. Fresh apple cider is the best choice, either from your favorite farm stand or the grocery store.Feel free to customize this recipe to your liking. You can try adding pomegranate seeds, orange slices, pear brandy, or anything else with fall flavors.
