  • Add club soda and Prosecco. Before serving, add the club soda and Prosecco to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine. Serve cold.

Notes

Make sure all your ingredients are cold before mixing. This will keep the sangria refreshing without needing to add too much ice, which can dilute it.
Use the freshest berries you can find for the best flavor. If fresh berries aren’t available, frozen berries can be a good substitute, but let them thaw and drain any excess liquid before using.
Let the berries sit with the sugar until the sugar dissolves completely, releasing all the natural juices and sweetness into the sangria.
Add the Prosecco and club soda just before serving to keep the sangria bubbly. Gently stir to avoid losing the fizz.
Taste your sangria before serving. If it’s not sweet enough, add more sugar or a splash of simple syrup.
This easy sangria recipe is perfect for making in large batches. Prepare a pitcher of sangria for your next summer barbecue or girls’ night.
Feel free to experiment. While raspberry Stoli vodka is a favorite, other fruit-flavored vodkas can bring a fresh twist. Peaches, raspberries, or even citrus fruits can add a fun twist.
Our favorite vodka to use with this is Raspberry Stoli.
