Iced Caramel Apple Latte
This iced latte blends the flavors of apple pie with the richness of espresso. You can use oat, almond, or cow’s milk for a personalized touch. Makes 1 drink.

For the Latte
- 2 teaspoons caramel sauce
- 2 teaspoons Nescafé instant espresso powder mixed with 2 ounces hot water, or substitute 1 shot of espresso
- 2 pumps apple syrup about 4 teaspoons (see notes for homemade alternative)
- 2 pumps brown sugar cinnamon syrup about 4 teaspoons
- ½ to ¾ cup milk oat, almond, or cow’s milk
- Ice cubes
Optional Garnish
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon
- Apple slices
Prep espresso. In a glass, add the espresso powder and hot water, stir.
Add flavored syrups. Add the apple syrup and brown sugar cinnamon syrup. Add caramel sauce
Add Ice. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in milk. Pour in the cold milk of your choice. Stir until well combined.
Garnish and Serve. If desired, top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and apple slices. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top if you'd like!
Follow these instructions to make homemade apple syrup. If you do so, use 4 teaspoons per latte.
Combine in a saucepan:
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove the cinnamon stick, then strain the syrup into a jar. Let it cool completely before using. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
