- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 ounce package of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ounce au jus seasoning mix
- ¼ cup butter
- 12 sliced pickled pepperoncini pepper
Prep. Spray the slow cooker liner with nonstick spray.
Lay chicken in slow cooker. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Some will probably overlap, but try not to directly stack them on each other.
Sprinkle seasoning on top. Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus seasoning over the chicken.
Add butter and peppers. Dot the top with pats of butter and place the peppers on top.
Cook. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles.
The cooking time will vary slightly based on the size of the chicken breasts, but do not overcook them or they'll be dry.
