Fall baking season is here and I’m so ready for it. And Bundt cakes are my favorite because they’re simple but pretty. No fussy layers, no special decorating skills needed.
I’ve been collecting these recipes for years: some are mine, some are from friends. These are the ones I come back to every single fall. I hope you find a new favorite!

Apple Cider Donut Cake
Remember those apple cider donuts from the orchard? This tastes exactly like that but easier – no frying, no mess. Just bake it, brush with butter, and roll in cinnamon sugar. The whole thing takes maybe an hour start to finishÂ
Pumpkin Bundt Cake
This is THE classic. The one everyone’s grandma made. Soft, moist, not trying to be anything fancy – just really good pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting. Sometimes the simple ones are the best ones. If you’re new to bundt cakes, start here.
Southern Caramel Bundt Cake
A rich buttery cake topped with a traditional boiled caramel icing for a twist on a Southern classic.
Cinnamon Bundt Cake
This is basically a giant cinnamon roll in cake form. There’s a cinnamon sugar swirl running through it and cream cheese frosting on top. My trick? Make it the night before – something about sitting overnight makes the cinnamon swirl even better. Perfect with morning coffee.
Cranberry Orange Bundt Cake
This cake is a miracle because it stays fresh for a week just sitting on the counter under a cake dome. The cranberries are tart, the orange makes it bright, and that cream cheese glaze pulls it all together.
Chai Cake with Apples
Don’t let the fancy name fool you – this is basically a really good spice cake with chunks of apple throughout. The apples keep it moist for DAYS, and it actually gets better after sitting overnight. This is my go-to when I need to bring something to a potluck because it feeds a crowd and travels well.
Sweet Potato Pound Cake Recipe
Sweet potato in cake sounds weird but trust me on this one. It makes the cake dense and moist like a really good pound cake, but with this earthy sweetness that’s just… right for fall. Plus you can tell yourself it’s basically a vegetable.
Pear Bundt Cake
This is my “I forgot people were coming over” cake – 15 minutes to throw together, then into the oven. The pears make it fancy without trying, and that vanilla sauce you pour over? GAME CHANGER.
Chai Latte Bundt Cake
Okay, this one’s for the coffee shop lovers. It tastes exactly like a chai latte but in cake form – buttery, spiced, and just grown-up enough to feel special. Makes your whole kitchen smell like you live inside a Starbucks (in the best way).
Kentucky Butter Bundt Cake
Okay, the name tells you everything. It’s butter cake with MORE butter poured on top. You poke holes all over and pour this butter sauce right into the warm cake and it soaks in and creates this crispy-tender situation.Â
Cardamom Citrus Coffee Cake
If you’ve never baked with cardamom, START HERE. It’s like cinnamon’s fancy cousin…warm but bright at the same time. Mixed with a little citrus zest, this cake is special without being complicated. Your house will smell incredible while it bakes.
Apple Banana Bundt Cake
Got spotty bananas and some apples? Make this cake. It’s like banana bread met apple cake and they had a really good-looking baby. The bananas make it super moist and the apples add little pockets of fall flavor.Â
Pumpkin Toffee Bundt Cake
This one’s different – the toffee bits melt into these little pools of caramel-y goodness throughout the cake. Light, fluffy pumpkin cake with crunchy pecans and that toffee drizzle on top. It’s sweet but not TOO sweet.
Pumpkin Marble Cake
Can’t choose between chocolate and pumpkin? Good news – you don’t have to. This has swirls of both all through it, and somehow they make each other taste even better. Kids think the swirls are magic. Just dust with powdered sugar and call it done.

The best part about bundt cakes? They’re pretty forgiving. Slightly overbaked? Add extra glaze. Stuck to the pan a little? Dust it with powdered sugar and no one will know. They’re meant to be simple and homey, not perfect.
Happy baking, friends.
Love,
