For those of you who want to track ALL the things, this is for you. There’s space for each day, to-dos, priorities, habits, etc.

Vertical Monthly Planner (Monday Start)

Try this vertical version if you want more space than the square boxes in the horizontal planner. It starts on Monday and has some lovely flowers at the bottom.

Vertical Monthly Planner (Sunday Start)

Of course, there’s a Sunday version too. With more space, it’s a great way to plan your month.

Ideas to Use These

  • Plan your month: Use the monthly planners to write down important dates, deadlines, and events.
  • Stay organized weekly: The weekly planner helps you break down tasks, track habits, and set priorities.
  • Manage daily tasks: The task list is perfect for writing down to-dos and checking them off as they go. Sometimes, I write something down I’ve already done just to check it off. Anyone else do that?
  • Keep track of appointments: Write down doctor visits, meetings, and reminders to stay on schedule. With kids, there’s always something to go to.
  • Set personal goals: Use these to set and track work, fitness, or self-care goals.
  • Create a meal plan: Plan your weekly (or monthly) meals to make grocery shopping and cooking easier.
  • Track spending and budget: The monthly planners are great for tracking bill payments, expenses, and income.
  • Plan social media content: This is great for bloggers or business owners to schedule and plan out posts.
  • Organize family schedules: Keep track of your kids’ activities, school events, and family plans.

Printing Tips

  • Use good-quality paper: Regular printer paper works, but thicker paper (like 80-100 GSM) looks better.
  • Print in color: Print in color, if possible, to keep the floral design looking nice.
  • Check your printer settings: Set it to “Actual size” or “100%” to avoid shrinking the design.
  • Choose the right layout: Some planners are horizontal, and some are vertical, so adjust your print settings to match.
  • Print extra copies: If you need more pages, print extra copies to use anytime! You can even print enough monthly ones for the whole year!
  • Use a binder or clipboard: Hole-punch your pages for a binder or clip them to a board for easy use.
  • Laminate for reuse: For daily or weekly planners, laminate the page and use a dry-erase marker to write on it.
  • Save a digital copy: Keep the PDF on your phone or computer so you can print anytime.

I hope these help you stay organized and motivated. Use one or a combination, however you want.
