Pumpkin Carving Party Printables
A pumpkin carving party is, at its heart, a contest. Sure, invitations are well and good, but what we really need is to figure out the winner. Linked below are free printables for voting cards, pumpkin numbering, and certificates for the victors. (And yes, invitations and stencils.)

Print and Write Invitations
Cute and simple invitations! These print out four per page, and then you cut and fill out your info. There are way more complicated ways to do this, of course, where you’re editing things digitally, but this is simple and doable. If you really want to get fancy, print this out on cardstock with a texture and an off-white color .

Voting ballots and Tent Labels
Everyone who attends the party, even if they are not carving, gets a vote. Don’t worry, no hurt feelings here. There are votes for cutest, scariest, best in the patch, and most creative. Some hosts like to do a hostess’s choice for a kid who looks depressed about not getting an award at the end.
The labels exist to number each pumpkin, so votes are by number, not by name. This always feels more fair and less like a popularity contest.

Award Certificates
Of course, there is no use winning a contest if you don’t get a prize, and in this case, the prize is a simple and adorable certificate. Feel free to, of course, hand out whatever you’d like: extra candy, a trophy, etc.

Carving Stencils
These are very simple and for the true beginners among us. A victor might require something more complicated, but for kids and the less competitive, this is fine.

Enjoy
This is one of the easiest parties to host because it revolves around a single activity. No one has to stare at each other wondering what to do next. I hope having these files makes it easier for you to make a party like this a reality.
