Strawberry Rosé Sangria
Sangrias are my favorite to serve when I have company over because they are so easy, and I can make them ahead of time. This strawberry rosé sangria hits the spot. It’s not too sweet and perfectly fruity. Strawberry recipes are so refreshing to enjoy outside on a warm spring or summer day.

Instructions
- Combine. In a large glass pitcher, combine the rosé wine and Cointreau.
- Add. Add the sliced strawberries, orange slices, and lemon slices to the pitcher.
- Chill. Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or up to 24 hours) to allow the flavors to blend.
- Finish. Just before serving, stir in the club soda. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the top, making sure to include some of the soaked fruit in each glass.
Notes
A good sangria is surprisingly simple to make, but a few things make it great and make your guests want the recipe.

Make sure you choose a dry rosé. It’s light enough to bring out the fruit flavors but can also work well with the Cointreau. Don’t just toss everything in before serving. The fruit needs time to infuse, so make this ahead of time. As it sits, the fruit slowly releases its flavors into the wine, creating something that tastes intentional and balanced.
Tips for Success
Add the club soda last – it will lose its bubbles if it’s mixed in too early.
Slice the oranges and lemon as thin as possible for a better flavor release.
Use fruit that’s ripe but still firm.
Chill everything well before combining.
Ingredients and Equipment
Rosé Wine: Choose a dry Spanish rosé – avoid anything labeled “sweet”.
Cointreau: Adds depth, but Triple Sec works too.
Fresh Strawberries: The riper, the better.
Glass Pitcher: Must be glass – plastic can affect the taste.
